We recomend that Qualified mechanic fit any parts that you purchase but we still will not be able to offer you warranty on parts not fitted by us.
If you have a fault with a product we reserve the right to inspect or repair the product. Return postage and handling is the reponsibility of the purchaser and at the customers cost.
We have a no refund policy.

Payments

credit card receipt is signed and proof of Id provided. All credit
& EFT card payments above $500 dollars will incur an extra 2%

Workshop
We service and repair most makes and models. Service costs differ from model to model and kilometers traveled. It is impossible to list every make and model however a bear bones service starts at $75 for a minor , $110 for a basic service and a major service $160.
Scooter
mechanical and electrical repairs to scooters purchased from our shop
take priorty over scooters that have not been purchased at the
scootershop.
Major/Minor log book servicing available as per manufacturer specifications.
Bookings
are essential avoid disappointment. Peak summer season work shop
schedules can be up to three to six weeks advance booked.
MOBILE PICK UP AND DELIVERY
We offer a mobile pick up service within the Perth metropolitan area average pick up fee of $65.00) .
Spare parts
1)It is our company policy that all spare parts are paid in full before they can be ordered on your behalf (unless already in stock).
2)No goods will be held on your behalf unless paid in full.
